About the Role
NiHealth Ltd. is seeking for a full-time Psychologist to take care of the Clinical Interventions of the organisation to meet the clinical requirements.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the Organisational Policy.
Responsibilities
- To conduct training on a regular basis; may need to travel.
- To conduct workshops both online and offline according to the organisational requirements.
- Conduct the Psychotherapy and Counselling Sessions.
- To prepare reports, analyse data monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as necessary, and submit the reports to the Management on time.
- To prepare all the training materials such as PPT, handbook etc.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Master of Science (MS) Clinical Psychology or Psychology or any other relevant subject.
- MPhil will be added benefit.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year is required.
Additional Requirements
- Should be willing to travel to any district in Bangladesh when required.
- Smart and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in advance English and Bangla.
- Professional and committed team member.
