About the Role
NiHealth Ltd. is seeking a Junior Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js to join our growing technology team. The role involves building and maintaining server-side applications, contributing to API development, and collaborating with the broader product team to deliver reliable digital health solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop server-side applications and APIs using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Ensure optimisation and maintenance of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
- Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year; freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Proficient in Node.js and JavaScript; knowledge of Express.js is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
Additional Requirements
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
